Welcome to GETCATFIT fitness boot camp. It’s time to get TOUGH and destroy those inches! Participants are expected to lose 4-25lbs in a 4 week period*

Fitness Boot Camp Format
Similar to a real boot camp, workouts are designed to work on various areas of the body and release endorphins to improve your overall health. The workouts will include one or all of the following techniques:
- Abdominal and all-around Core Training
- Bands/tubes
- Calisthenics
- Group Drills
- Jumping rope
- Plyometrics (speed/strength training drills)
- Resistance Training
- Running /walking
- Speed and Agility Drills
- Stretching
- Wind Sprints
*Weight loss is guaranteed with regular attendance and adherence to GETCATFIT nutritional guidance. Results will vary and are calculated on an individual basis.
