Our Strength & Conditioning Bootcamps are fast-paced, group classes in a HIIT format with modifications as needed! If your main goal is fitness, weight loss &/or lots of energy, then these workouts are a great option for you! You’ll hit weights & main muscle groups weekly & change it up with a variety of HIIT intervals, circuits, locomotives, outdoor & team challenges, & more! Get ready to sweat & burn!

GETCATFIT is founded and lead by CAT Burke. CAT holds certifications with ACE in Personal Training, Group Fitness, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. She holds a BS degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Physical Education. CAT is an MICMS athletic coach, professional athlete, and natural bodybuilding promoter.
